York Creek Bed and Breakfast features six guest bedrooms. Two bedrooms are on our upper level, two bedrooms on our main floor and two bedrooms in our lower level known as "The Nest".

"The Nest" ( The Two bedrooms Suite) is a self-contained suite including its own entrance, living room, kitchen, handicap accessible bathroom with shower and two separate bedrooms. The Suite also has a television with a VHS/DVD player in the living room.. There is a selection of 500 movies to choose from upstairs in the lounge. "Mr. Crowsnest bedroom" & "Sister bedroom" have a king size bed that can be split into two extra-long singles, each with their own remote control for personalized positioning. The Two bedrooms Suite "the Nest" $230 (plus taxes) rates per night. Second Night Discount available .

Our Guest Bedrooms with private bathroom: " Turtle bedroom", "Window bedroom"

"Reflect bedroom" & " The Pass bedroom" feature king size beds that can be split into extra-long single beds. Each one comes with a remote-control mechanical adjustment. This means you can adjust your bed to the desired level of comfort with the touch of a button!

The bedrooms, like the rest of York Creek B&B, are NEW and totally up to date. We renovated all the guest bedrooms in 2021 & 2022.

We have been operating since JUNE 11,2009 and have a lot of repeat business! If you have a date in mind, please do not wait. Call right away!

Each of our bedrooms with private bathroom rents for $145 (plus taxes) each night (Perfect for two guests). There is an Extra Night Discount available. Additionally, The Nest Suite can be rented as a package deal look at the rates above ...

We require a credit card to hold reservations. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Debit Cards.

Our Rates are subject to change. When we increase our Rates, we always do the changes on January 1st of the current year. We do not change our rates throughout the year. We will give a discount on Extra night stay only. That way, all of our guests are getting the same package all year.

Certain bedrooms in our home have an extra FUTON. Those two bedrooms "Reflect bedroom" & "The pass bedroom" are perfect for a family of 4.

Our rates are base on double occupancy.

For extra fees in those bedrooms

• less than 5 years old no charge
• 6 years old to 13 years old $20.00 each additional night
• 14 years old and older $25.00 each additional night

Just a few of the things that make your visit here memorable:

• Our main level is completely wheelchair accessible from the driveway to the bedroom to the kitchen and living room area and even out onto the deck where you can be using our BBQ.
• The bathrooms on the main level and in The Nest are wheelchair accessible.
• In our lounge area, we have a flat screen television with cable for your enjoyment.
• Also in the lounge area, we have a DVD player with 500+ movies to choose from!
• BBQ on the back deck
• We have indoor footwear available in many sizes. In the B&B, we only allow indoor shoes, slippers etc. You can bring your own if you prefer.
• We have wireless internet available to all our guests. Ask us for the Password.
• Your hosts Ken and Anne have added their own photography mounted to canvas in each bedroom and throughout the house for your enjoyment. The local scenery here with the mountain views is breathtaking.
• We are close to the Coleman staging area with year-round access for skidoos and/or quads. We have room to keep your mountain bicycle safe.
• We are dog friendly.
• Right now we do not charge fees for two dogs or less.
• If your dogs cause damage, we will have to charge fees to repair.
• If you have 3 dogs we are charging $30.00 extra each night.
• Because of allergies we cannot allow cats.
• Breakfasts - we promise, you will not be disappointed!
• We are close to many restaurants to satisfy your palate.
• We have two fire pit areas outside our B&B. You are welcome to use them unless there is a fire banin force.
• The front deck treats you to spectacular sunrises and sunsets .
• The back deck gives you privacy.

The BBQ on the same deck is available for guest use, but you must check with us first. With allergies, we have to be aware, so we prefer our guests to check with us. Please & Thank You! Safety First!
